Tobias was born to a medical family in Boulder Colorado, having grown up with both parents involved in their work, he had decided to leave for the military rather than go to college on the traditional path that he was expected to, joining the Navy as a corpsman at 17, and serving eight. After getting out of the military he decided to attend college, going for his PA license from the University of Utah and joining the UN relief corps as a volunteer. As the world started to fall apart, and sickness ravaged the world, Tobias was sent to Europe before the final fall of the world. Being forced into a world in chaos, Tobais left France, heading north hoping to outrun the madness that seemed to be taking over the world.
