Eden was born into a wealthy family on September 29th, 1990. There were no complications with the birth, and eventually, she was able to go home. Her mother, Mary, was a very successful Intellectual Property Lawyer, while her father, David, worked as a Cardiologist. David had a 21-year-old son, named Noah, from a silly choice he had made at 18. Because of their busy work schedules, Noah would stay back while his father, and step-mother worked, watching over little Eden. The two would sing and dance around the house, play in their pool, and spend countless hours at the city park. He had taught her how to tie her shoes, ride a bike, and cook mac & cheese like a pro. Noah was her biggest role model, and the two developed a friendship that would last forever.
Because of Mary and David's busy work schedules, Eden's relationship with them wasn't the best, especially as she grew older. Her father was always crabby, while her mother was constantly stressed out due to the cases she had to work on. She knew they loved her unconditionally, but became upset at their lack efforts to spend more time with her. As Eden grew older, so did her parents, and at age 46, 12 years after Eden was born, Mary had found out she had developed stage 4 breast cancer. The time she had left was minimum. After several months, the cancer had spread to her liver. After almost a year of fighting, Mary had lost the battle. Death in general, at any age, is difficult to comprehend and understand fully. At age 13, Eden was confused, sad, and heartbroken. She attended counseling at age 14 when things didn't get better and began missing school and failing tests. Her final year of junior high was one of the hardest years of her life, but she got through it. Things got better as she approached her first year of high school, and by her sophomore and junior year, Eden was back to her old, outgoing, self. By June of 2008, Eden had completed high school.
Eventually, Eden had decided to move in with her brother, and his new wife, Katy. David was too preoccupied with his job, and his new girlfriend, to spend any time with Eden. That being said, Noah and Katy welcomed her with open arms, David had practically forgotten about her, leaving her with no financial help. Noah and Katy had their hands full with their own finances, leaving Eden to fend for herself. She was able to pick up a job at her local grocery store, specifically, in the floral department. Eden would work countless hours, helping out however she could, eager to learn more. After close to 6 years of hard work, and a lot of pollen, Eden had saved up enough to attend her first year of college.
Eden packed up her things, said her goodbyes to Noah and Katy, and started her new life as a college student. Her freshman, sophomore, and junior years went by smoothly. She had made new friends, attended parties, and continued to work her ass off. She’d visit Noah and Katy whenever the holidays would roll around, and occasionally stop by to visit her father. Towards the end of 2016, Eden was offered to study abroad in Chernarus. After hours of debating, she thought it would be best to accept the offer. At the start of her second semester, Eden would leave everything behind, and start a new life in Chernarus. Hours later, they landed at the North East Airstrip. Eden gathered her and met up with her translator, a woman named Elizabeth. As the sun set, everyone loaded into a bus and began their journey to a town called “Североград”, which she later found out was called “Severograd”. Elizabeth guided everyone out of the bus, showing them to where they would be staying. Eden ended up being paired with a guy named, John Boulevard. The two hit it off and befriended each other that night. The following day Elizabeth gave the group a tour, showing them the school they would be studying at, as well as the Hospital most of the students would work at.
As the months progressed, Eden was learning more than she ever had back home. She would finish up her junior year and begin working at the local Hospital. She became very close with the person she was assigned to, an elderly woman named Анна Volkov. The lady checked into the hospital several weeks ago with stomach cramps, later revealing she had kidney stones. Eden was by her side 24/7, changing her IV and getting her food and water. As the weeks progressed, Анна was able to go home. Thankfully, the lady lived in the town and Eden would visit her every day after work, checking up on her.
--- First Week ---
July 10th - Eden had been working her butt off, staying at the hospital practically all day. They had gotten more patients in lately, all with the same complaints. In the early morning, she had heard the faint sound of a building collapsing, but thought nothing of it. She continued on her day, helping whoever came in. She had heard from several people that these soldiers (that were up at the now collapsed storage area) had been spotted, rabid and unresponsive, attacking the livestock. No one had heard anything more than that. Several minutes later, she could hear explosions going off in the countryside, not having a clue as to what was going on, Eden began to focus all of her attention to the TV screen. Her good friend John was being interviewed by the news station about the events that took place that morning.
“The Russian bombardment was a distraction from whatever went on in the base that night. They had some stake in the course of events there after all the bombardment did little damage to any civilian or military structure. The goal was to distract the international press for as long as possible.”
She became confused as the news shifted towards what was going on with the fighting, besides the soldiers that were apparently attacking the livestock. Shortly after this, dozens of people were admitted to the Hospital, all bleeding from the eyes, as well as rashes that oozed a clear fluid. Eden spent the entire night trying to help as best she could. She eventually fell asleep late into the night.
July 11th - Eden was woken up by loud bangs against the door, as she peered out the window, she could see the streets covered in the people infected by the virus. In a panic, Eden grabbed her things, opened the window, and slowly made her way out. She was able to get by the infected and make her way into the surrounding woods, trying to get as far away from them as humanly possible. Eden was alone, and afraid. For the first time in years, she didn't know where to go, or what to do. As she collapsed to the forest floor, she took several seconds to catch her breath before sitting up. She would close her eyes, take a deep breath, and continue on throughout the forest. Not knowing where she was going, she kept walking, hoping that where ever she ended up, would send her back home.
August 2017 - After being on her own for quite some time, she was able to meet a man named Jimmy who she quickly befriended. The two roamed Chernarus before meeting a man named Tony Moretti and many others, eventually leading to the creation of a new world mafia. In May of 2-18, the mafia finally made themselves public, setting up in a town called Stary Yar for several weeks before relocating to Lapitino.
