Jack Shephard was a worker on a discrete mineral mining project deep within in the forests, when everything broke out Jack noticed less and less colleagues in the labs then usual, wondering the absence of his peers, Jack left the labs in order to discover what was happening, in the world of virus of fear, Jack carried out on his own knowing the knowledge of his equipment and devices awaited his dead colleagues. In going to the laps Jack Shephard had found a hazmat suit in the unknown world around him equipped it in fear for what was to come of this new world. In being a mineral excavator Jack was careful and discrete but as he new in any good science or business he would have to do what was best in the interest of himself and no others.
