Growing up a fisherman is a hard life that was in till I was introduced to the life of a smuggler after that I was hauling in a good life, although my father eventually caught on to my new found wealth he disowned me and tried to take my name from me unfortunately he took it away. My best friend Peter Wildman offered to make me family in name giving me my new last name and family. after that mess i continued as usual until i eventually became the captain of a freighter ship bringing in goods for a exuberant amount of money be it guns, ammo, drugs, or even people. I brought the cargo to its destination. it was a great life for me and i shared my wealth with my new family treating them like royalty. then one day when i got back to the states the police notified me that my new family was killed in a public shooting along with twelve others. after that everything just became worse for me as i went farther down the rabbit hole eventually i had become so devoted to my work that nothing could touch me. but then my first mate william talked to me about how i was acting and told me his concerns about what was going on with me, that woke me up and got me on track so i thought for a couple days about what i should do about my life until i got a invitation to my sisters wedding. so i went not knowing what kind of reception i was going to receive unexpectedly she was expecting kids so after casually threatening her fiances and being named there godfather i had a new meaning to life for the first time in months so i started sending gifts and money to help them with the kids. unfortunately i had to take time to carry more cargo after awhile the news started on this new version of the rabies running around until it was being the called a great pandemic and the end of the world that was when the great scare happened with that pandemic spreading across the globe, people wanted to be anywhere but where they were to escape the advance of the pandemic and i a captain willing to take them anywhere was a much sought after commodity. So I ended up taking anyone anywhere for a fee in whatever form it took. now on how i got to where i am today. me and my crew we got stupid we just never thought the pandemic would get on the ship but someone must have brought it onboard and damn did it spread soon every one below deck was either a corpse or one of those things tank god they couldn't climb the ladders out. not wanting to leave a chance of them getting out by running aground we set anchor and went to shore in our lifeboats taking anything that could help us get to shore and away from that floating tombstone.
