Background
When Jim Riley was just 14 years old his step father took his mothers life right in front of him. The next few nights went by and his Stepfather made bail with his mothers money, but when he came home, Little Jim Riley was there waiting for him. Jim took his life just like he took his mothers. --- After spending around 4 years in Juvenile detention, Jim was eventually released at 18 years old. - He then spent the next 8 years living in the dilapidated swamp house his mother left to him. Spending time learning to shoot deer, whittle wood sculptures, and teach the alligators to eat chicken from his hand. Living out his private life in the swamps of Louisiana. --- Eventually around the age of 26 Jim enlisted in the military as a culinarian specialist after he started to question his real purpose in life. --- But he would only go on to serve for a few short months before the virus outbreaks began and the military infrastructures fell apart and retreated entirely. Stranding him and many others in a infected and besieged Nyheim. --- Several years later --- Jim is 31, spending his days salvaging for hunting equipment and other goods to keep himself alive, and sane. So far, he has managed to survive and thrive in Nyheim using his skills and passion for hunting deer and elk. The only thing that keep his spirits high and his stomach full. -- "Nothing like fresh cooked Elk shank in the morning to get them nutrients in yer gut, Boy! Yeeew." --- When the world went to hell, Jim made it his own heaven. He's a rather unhinged southern man with a Louisiana accent that only a mother could love. But if you get on his good side and don't double cross him... Jim can be a life saver in these harsh times - Putting freshly cut meat on the skillet a few times a week, and a sharpshot for putting down walkers from a safe distance.
Hunting deer is one of the main driving forces that keeps Jim happy in this otherwise dead world. - But when push comes to shove, Jim isn't afraid to get his hands dirty if he needs to, especially when it comes down to life or death situations. -
