Vali was born in Murmansk, in the spring on 89'. He helped run the family docks in Murmansk meaning he had a some nice up bringing. Out of all the Paschenko children Vali was the only one better than Pyotr. He would be in the docks learning the trade since he planned on running the business when he was older. He juggled the dock life and school quite well. To be quite honest Vali had somewhat a better life than Pyotr. In his older days he wanted the family to go on vacation to Nyheim, reason to his family was to possibly set up relations with the docking company there as they were operational around the same times during the year. His real reason is because he heard from one of the fellow tycoons that live in Murmansk the city of Nyheim have some beautiful women. His family arrived and then outbreak happened and were trapped.
