“Grab your wrenches, grease monkeys!” 1992-2014

Jericho Jackson was born to a modest family in Alamogordo New Mexico, a small engineering town in the southwest United States. Jericho was born with aspergers, which made him draw away from larger crowds growing up, as he didn’t really enjoy socializing with others. He always kept good grades in school, and would rant about topics for HOURS given the chance with his small group of friends.

Growing up around engineers, Jericho would begin to develop a fond interest for vehicle maintenance and mechanics, having an old project car in the backyard of their small home. During high school, Jericho would take auto tech classes, to better familiarize himself with the inner and outer workings of many different types of vehicles that he’d seen around town and online when the internet became widely available in his small town.

Eventually Jericho graduated from university, at the age of 22 with an engineering degree, having overloaded his schedule with several more classes in order to graduate earlier than some of his peers. It was around this time that Jericho grew a fond love for street racing, after getting his drivers license, and growing to love driving as a pastime, as there was little to do around town.


“Ready? Set. Go!” 2014-2019

After many nights of pondering what Jericho wanted to do with his life, he had finally settled on joining a motor sports agency at the age of 23, to which he was accepted as part of a pit crew. Jericho, after many races would eventually get to know the driver of the cars he’d fix up quite fondly, to which he learned his name. Gary Strixs. Gary and Jericho would talk about racing and cars for many hours on end in between races, eventually realizing they both shared a love for rally racing/illegal races. Gary and Jericho would attend many races on their offtime, as Jericho learned to better drive and race cars, eventually rivaling the skill of his partner in crime, Strixs. He eventually gained a nickname, and became the Greaser.

It was around this time that Strixs’ father died, and Jericho and Strixs grew somewhat distant, as Strixs had resigned himself to be solitary over the coming months. Jericho, having gained a lot of respect for Strixs, would speak to him occasionally and whenever Strixs wanted to talk, even if it was inconvenient for Jericho at the time, he didn’t see it that way, and always made time for his friend. This however, drove him too into a small state of isolation. Of course he’d always be punctual to races and fix up cars without a hitch, but he’d tend to leave immediately after the race and all the festivities were done. Preferring to spend much of his time at home waiting for the next call from Strixs. This took a toll on his mind, as he was already anti-social, and this drove him to be more so.

After a while Strixs would emerge from his solitary state, where Jericho informed him of the deadline for the next race, and they both began to get back into a groove, moving from one race to the next with ease. Jericho and Strixs were eventually led to Norway, to participate in an illegal race where they would actively be putting their lives on the line, as all drivers were armed. Both of them were in a hotel room discussing tactics, when news hit that Quarantine had gone into effect. They both attempted to escape, to which they were unsuccessful, until a full outbreak had hit and they were able to escape in the cars meant for the illegal rally.

“Full speed ahead!” 2019-Present day

Eventually, while in Lofoten, Norway, their cars had broken down, and Jericho was unable to fix them without parts. They came across two brothers, Johansson and Freyr, with whom they survived and conversed with on a regular basis, until they had to split paths. The brothers said something about a civilization up north, but the two didn’t quite believe it for themselves.

A while after the brothers left, the two only had each other to keep company, and their minds began to break, as they only had the same topics to talk about repeatedly, and they’d never know when their next meal would come. Eventually, both of their minds broke, and Jericho became more anti-social to anyone that wasn’t Strixs, while Strixs was pretty much the opposite, talking whenever he could to whoever he could.

Eventually, while scouring radio channels to fill the awkward silence that’d grown between the two, They came across a signal from up north, coming from Nyheim. They listened in, and immediately began their trek to the region, losing radio contact a few weeks before arrival, surviving off the land until they reached the outskirts.

Both eventually found their way into Nyheim, where Greaser accompanies Strixs, looking for adrenaline junkies crazy enough to join them.
