Jorge is Kentucky boy, plain and simple. Lots of nights spent by the bonfire with his best of friends, trying different things, smoking funny things, you know the rest. He married his highschool sweetheart, joined the marines, unfortunately right before Jorge was going to be deployed, he got the most bittersweet news, his wife was pregnant. Jorge served for 2 tours in iraq, and one tour in Afghanistan before suffering from an accident involving an IED trap during a convoy. This caused Jorge to suffer from tinnitus, PTSD, among other things. Upon returning home, he found that he and his wife hardly know each other anymore, and his daughter hardly knows who he is at all. After spending a few years back home finding it almost impossible to readjust, the sleepless nights, the night terrors, the paranoia, the final straw for his wife was when she woke up to find her husband sitting in the living room with his M-Lock in his lap, speaking nonsense about the Haji coming for him. She packed up their daughter and left for her parents' house, leaving Jorge alone to deal with his new found mental struggles. After some time, Jorge found himself going to therapy, and getting on some medication that really helps him. With time, Jorge won the love of his life back and they both had longed to get out of the US for some time. They both had agreed that his wifes home country of Norway would be a good fit for them. After moving to Norway in 2018, Jorge had finally started to feel at peace with his life, he had a good job for a logging company, his daughter was finally warming up to him, Not long after she graduated from primary school, she had left to study abroad in the UK. Fast forward a few years, 2020, the unthinkable transpires, the end of the world. when he and his wife heard the broadcast telling them to evacuate before the city was napalm bombed, they set out as quickly as they could, only to run into many afflicted souls shortly after stepping outside, run as they may, their efforts were futile with the sheer horror taking place in the streets, healthy people were fighting, the undead were tearing flesh and bringing hell upon the world. Jorge got separated from his wife when he called to make a distraction so she could run to safety. Jorge barely escaped with his life, having no idea where his wife went. He now wanders Nyheim in search of any evidence of her survival. He mustn't give up hope. He won't lose her again.
