Angelita "Angel" (Eyes)" Reyes was born to a wealthy family in Manila, Philippines. Like most children born into Asian culture, Angel was expected to excel in her studies and become someone in a resepcted field of work. For Angel, she graduated tops in her class at the University of the Philippines' Nursing program and went on to be a nurse practicioner. Life was good, and so was her generous pay. So much so she decided to take her family on an all expense trip to Norway.

She, her parents, and her two siblings arrived in Norway in early August 2019 and planned a full three month holiday visiting the surrounding areas. While on a cruise ship towards the end of the month, the ships' Captain was informed to quarentine outside Nyheim. For weeks the ships passangers and the Reyes family remained on board, waiting for clearance... and then the mists came roling over the docks andonto the ship.

Days went by and eventually an outbreak spawned on the decks in late October. Hundreds of passangers subcombbed to the virus and left a mass of horror in their wake. Angel's family perished on board, her siblings the first to be overwhelemed by zombies and then her parents, who sacrficed themselves in order to allow Angel to escape. With a small prayer, she dove into the cold sea and sought shelter, hoping to wait out the crisis.
