Luke Andersson story starts on the 8th of mars 1989. He was the second born child in his family. He had an older brother which was five years older than him. His name was Linus Andersson. His mother worked as a nurse and his father worked as a construction worker. Luke’s life was pretty ordinary. Had a couple of friends he used to hang out with. His relationship with his family was good and Luke and Linus got along very well. Luke was one of the most social types. He had an easy time getting along with other people. He grew up in a city called Örebro. It was a big city in Sweden with a lot of people. So making friends was very important for him. Luke was always alone in kindergarten but when 1st grade started he decided to try to make some friends for him. He hated being alone and always tried to fit in. Life went on for Luke and suddenly he had reached 16 and it was time for him to choose which high school and the program he wanted to study. Luke already knew what he wanted to do. His dream was to become a psychologist. He decided to study in his hometown. His brother had already moved out so he lived alone with his parents at the moment. The program was a three-year course. Luke didn’t have the best grades but luckily managed to get into the program. One thing was for sure Luke would need to get better grades if he wanted to qualify for Karolinska University. It’s one of the hardest places to get accepted to but he hoped he could do it. His high school years were fun, he still was friends with some old classmates but also had made some new friends. They got by and Luke loved the time that went by. They would do like any teenager did in his age party A lot. Of course Luke stayed of any other stuff but he drank a lot on the weekends. Anyway Luke made an effort in trying to get good grades and actually managed to get it. 3 years of hard work paid off for him. Luke finished high school and awaited the nervous waiting game to find out if he had qualified for Karolinska University.
2 months later he found that he had gotten accepted. He was so excited. Of course, he would be forced to study even harder and this would take him 6 Years to be able to finish it. The studying would take 5 years, and 1 year out practicing being a psychologist. Anyway, he had to move now to Stockholm which his brother lived right now. He would be able to stay there, they have never had any problem with each other so this would be great. Luke was excited but at the same time really nervous. 6 years is a long time. Luke made many friends in his class and had even better grades than before. He finally got to study psychology which he had dreamt of his whole life. It was a dream that had become truth for him. It took some time with getting used to it. Especially from coming from his home city. There he could be more laid back. Here it was dead serious, Luke knew this of course but it was a very big chance. But he managed to get used to it and managed to finish his education. Luke was 25 and had managed to become a qualified psychologist. During this time the Sweden, the healthcare system was screaming for a psychologist to work for them.
He immediately got a job. He was assigned back to his home city! Luke managed to get ahold of an apartment. One of his old friends in Örebro helped him with that. He said goodbye to his brother and moved back to his hometown. He spent 1 years as a psychologist in the business. Here he meets his wife Maria. she also worked as a psychologist. After working for some time together they fell in love and became a loving pair. But something didn’t feel right. He got to do what he loved but it felt like something was missing. He asked his wife about this and asked for advice. Maria suggested maybe try something else in the field of the work. Luke took the advice and try to think of something, he tried to search for some other stuff and one thing that came up was the WHO. Apparently, they were looking for a psychologist. Luke had a problem though. He would need basic military experience in first aid. In Sweden, the military was always looking for new members. Luke decided to sign up for the Basic medical training in the military. This took one year to finish. For some reason, Luke felt that this was necessary to do because joining WHO seemed interesting. Anyway, he was 26 and applied and got accepted after 2 months of waiting. There was more training to be done in W.H.O. as a psychologist he thought he had learned everything, but this proved that there was always more to learn. Especially being able to handle cases outside of Sweden as a psychologist. More and more training was being done.
Finally, after 2 years he got his first job he found out that he was being sent to Chernarus. His wife was 6 months pregnant. It was gonna be a girl the doctors told them. They decided to name her Anna Andersson. Due to Maria and Luke being in financial trouble Luke decided to take the job. With another child coming up they wanted to secure a future for the family. He was feeling really excited about finally being able to go out in the field and work as a psychologist outside of Sweden but also felt sad that he had to leave his wife for some time.
After being deployed and sent to south Zagoria and work in the field he felt excited. All for what we know this would be the start of something that he couldn't begin to grasp. On the first day after being in some hiccup and another thing turned to another he was found in a town called Chapaevsk where the UN and W.H.O set up a research center. People that weren't humans walked around. He knew this from the initial reports. Seeing it up front was another thing for him. He got to meet a lot of different people and made lots of friends. He stayed in contact with his wife the first few days but lost contact with her in the beginning because he received no reception.
