Boris Vladov was born in Moscow, Russia in January of 1980. Hailed as nothing short of a genius within his local community, Boris excelled in school and quickly developed an interest in biomedical research. School seemed to pass by for him like an easy breeze and he soon found himself working on several cures for diseases all around the world, regarded by his peers as one of the top in his field.
His life was rather normal, including typical professional rivalries where he would consistently push himself to outperform other scientists in his field. Some found the trait endearing, while others found it exhausting as they could hardly keep up with the man. It was just after rumors arose of a new viral outbreak in late 2019 that Boris was informed about a relatively new city known as Nyheim. Boris was handpicked to move to Nyheim and help aid in creating a cure for the virus that had broken out, and his family decided to move there as well to support Boris' work.
Shortly after Boris and his family arrived in Nyheim, he ended up being dealt a devastating blow as an outbreak within the city took his family quite literally from his arms. He withdrew inside himself, and grew distant from the few friends he had made within his new home in Nyheim. He longed to return home to his mother Russia, but knew with the state of things it would be next to impossible of a journey to undertake. Around 2021 the friends that remained slowly began to realize that Boris had gone, but could never really shake the feeling that he was still close. Some of them could’ve sworn they could hear his bellowing laugh from time to time, but others argued that it couldn’t have been Boris as he hadn’t laughed since his family passed away.
Now, in present day Nyheim, Boris seems to have returned from wherever he had wandered off to. The man doesn’t seem to have all his eggs in his basket these days, and is exhibiting clear signs of dementia, though he remains undiagnosed.
