Jermain was originally born in the United States. His parents both died in a car crash. He was placed in an orphanage, and soon after a visiting German family adopted Jermain. Jermain was taught English and German at a young age. He was put into a military program. When he became age Jermain enlisted into the German army, he soon was deployed in Afghanistan aiding the US military. Jermain soon returned with the horrors of war haunting him. Jermain decided to adventure the world. Mid trip when he was visiting Nyhiem the outbreak occurred.
