Alexander Garrett's parents originate from Norway and he was born in Rotnes, Norway. Shortly after his birth, his family had emigrated to the United States of America, where he learned English. Later in life, he returned to Norway and eventually moved there, joining it's military and attaining the rank of Oberst within the Norwegian Military. He was present during the event where the garrison at Harstad, Norway defected during the initial panic caused by the AVM-FLA-19 outbreak that quickly spiraled out of control and mutated into the deadly, necro-raising virus known as AVM-FLA-BETA. Garrett was stationed in Harstad during the widespread looting and riots caused by the Russian Aggression into Finland, where the protestors became violent and breached the Harstad Military Compound's perimeter. Garrett was a visionary, a man of nationalistic creed that opposed the negligence that his Country's leadership provided him. He recognized his capability of the bases' audio system, where he broadcasted a speech to the masses surrounding the compound which inspired the crowd and caused them to join in arms to fight against the Norwegian Police and loyalists to the Norwegian government. The uprising was on such a massive scale that it caused the entire city to be lost to the rebellion, now known as the 'Harstad Insurrectionists.'
