Born in America after family escaped soviet occupied Chernarus, Lou had a rough life. Because of that Lou got into a lot of trouble and woman. After his third arrest his Third wife divorced him and Lou went into a deep depression. Lou was then released for some what good behavior and had to start his community service requirements. He then learned of the wonders of coaching Little league american football .There he learned he was a natural and took to it quite well. Later on he lead a team to win three state championships and one nationals. With success high on his mind and life reinvigorated Lou set out to establish his own League set in the homeland he never knew. Chernarus. From the stories he heard from his moms mom Lou thought the place to be a mythical land of hardy Deeply traditional hardcore people. And part of it was true. Not long for the ways of democracy. The country was not perfect. But the people strong willed and always ready to try and embrace new things. Lou fit in quite well, And for awhile he was very happy not only being around people like himself but truly enjoying life. Thus Lou was able to charm his way into finding enough families to make two in a half teams and even spent a fair amount of time training all the young ones on how to play shortly before the outbreak started. When it did happen Lou was with a family who he was trying to recruit for the second team and everything was as normal as a day could be in chernarus. Then all hell broke lose, Broadcasts, radio stations and even the millitary Left messages to avoid contact with infected individuals and Barricade themselves and wait for rescue. So Lou helped barricade and scavenge as much supplies as they could before having to lock themselves away. In that process Lou got bite and almost ended his own life before finding out that he was not turning. Hoping for military intervention or even World intervention to come give relief to the nation. Alas. this never came to be. Lou was with the family for the past 3 Weeks and the family was not holding up terribly well and were horribly ill. Lou then made a promise to the family and he set to go out and look for medication and supplies. Lou had little to no contact with infected opting to stay out of sight and move safely. Only ever having to fight one infected with his trusty crowbar. When he came back after 2 days of arduous travel, Lou found the place was ransacked and pillaged, no sign of the family or any struggle. There Lou was determined to set out on his own and start a League, That would truly protect its own.
