Ulivar Was born December 12th 1970 in the ghettos of Volgograd of a Russian father and Cherno-Russian Mother in what was previously known as Stalingrad. He had much pride for his country and his city. Ulivar would sign up for the Russian Airborne as soon as he came of age to battle in the sun lit country of Afghanistan against the wretched Islamic Unity of Afghanistan Mujahideen. He would loose many comrades in these years to come gaining him high positions as they needed filled. He was always on mission and only back in his motherland for short periods of time for leave. He would see the end of the conflict in 1989 where the Soviets were forced to withdraw from the country.
Ulivar at this point had obtained a reputation among his comrades and had been promoted to the officer corps and would be over seeing a Spetsnaz detachment conducting undercover operations in West Germany as the Cold war at this point was becoming more and more real. As 1991 came around and Ulivar as his great nation of Soviet Communism crumble under the might of the Western powers he was retired from his years of duty to a desk job in the CCCP collecting information of Western spies and other paper work.
Tired of his desk job and the new bureaucracy of the Russian state, he would retire and move to his mothers home land of Chernarus where he would obtain his new citizenship and join the CDF. Chernarus was more of what he remembered of the Soviet Union and was right at home. His military experience was greatly appreciated by the corps and he would move up quick regaining his status among the men and would eventually graduate officer school. Once the outbreak started, Ulivar was detached with a small team of operators to recon the country side, over the years his team would slowly die off and eventually he would be the only one left. He would eventually find small groups of CDF still wandering around trying to make something of this shattered government and would join the new Odezva.
