Craig, a young and able-bodied man from the US of A that loves adventure, nature, and the outdoors as a whole. Craig has spent more time than he'd like to admit building a mundane office job career back home and feeling as though he didn't get out enough, booked a vacation to Turkey with some friends. Since the outbreak and the destruction of basic society and civilization, Craig has had a hard time learning how to get used to these new surroundings, trying to learn Russian and ways to communicate with locals, and of course, trying to become familiar with things being so unfamiliar and strange. Craig survived with his friends in Turkey long enough, living off the land, via hunting and scavenging, to see the world fall to its knees. Craig and his friends survived in an abandoned lodging campsite with cabins and what not being the only source of shelter, and all being lucky enough to have their rental car still in one piece. They struggled with how to handle the infected and treated the killing of them as a mercy killing, as to stop the feeling of guilt. In a final stand with an active horde near him and his friends camp, Craig escaped to the shoreline to a boat they had secured in the beginning of the end. Waiting for his friends that never came, Craig took it upon himself to leave as the horde grew closer to the shoreline. There were rowboats and such on the shoreline that Craig convinced himself would be enough to help his friends escape, but Craig won't live down the guilt he has for leaving his friends behind to what Craig imagines could only mean their death. Craig made his way to Chernarus with what little gas and food he had left for the boat and himself. Hoping it could get him back to civilization to find help for his fiends, but ultimately only finding another hellish landscape that couldn't escape the wrath of the end of the world.
