Blart Patstone was born in Tampa, Florida to a lovely mother and father. Every since blart was a child he had dreamed of becoming a police officer and in 1990 he attended his academy and made his dream come true. After years of exemplary service Blart climbed his way up to lieutenant in the Tampa Police department, Blart made many friends along his way though out his career and when he was invited to take a trip with some his fellow officers to a foreign land he was ecstatic. If only he knew what awaited him.
