In his heydays before the outbreak Frank Solomons was a Jewish gang leader who resided in London.
It is implied that Frankies mother was a Russian refugee, so he spent many trips abroad to Russia and was well connected there, in July 2017 Frank travelled from Russia to Chernarus for 2 weeks for business and he soon found out that he was stuck there among the infected when it spread. Frank has calmed down a lot since the outbreak, once a violent and unpredictable man, but also intelligent, he was a master negotiator who used violent outbursts and confusing language to intimidate everyone around him.
Aside from being a veteran of the Army, little else is known about his background but for the fact that his mother was a Jew who fled persecution in Russia and travelled around takistan and chernarus. he also used a bakery as a cover for his distilliery in London. Frank wore a wide brimmed black hat that he was known for, it's a Modern Orthodox style. As traditional interpretations of Jewish law states that one must always keep their head covered. These kinds of hats for the Orthodox came in to fashion in the 1940's in Brooklyn. Franks mission now is to find other survivors and try to live out the rest of his life as long as possible.
