Tomas was born and raised on the Oregon Coast. He has lived in the same small town all his life. he is a family man, strong independent but at the same time enjoys company from every one. He has 5 children that prefers not to talk about anymore. They are the only things he thinks about, and the only thing that keeps him going, but at the same time knowing they are no longer with him drives him mad. He enjoys a good drink and a raging fire. He has been raised in the woods his whole life so he knows how to provide for him self. Hes very trusting and is a very loyal person. Passionate yet hot headed. He will do anything for the people he is loyal to, but at the same time wont hesitate to put some body in line or worse for backstabbing him.
Tomas loves all music. He use to make a little of his own before the world went south. He was up and coming in his local town and had the plan to give back when he could for all the support of his community.
He has five kids who are no longer with him as stated, they were his life, his motivation, his everything. Family means a lot to him.
He doesn't like confrontation, but yet at the same time wont run from a fight. He always stands for what is right and what he believes in.
After the outbreak, there wasn't anything left in his town for him and the longer he stayed, the more depressed he got. It drove him mad being there with no family left, no friends, no body. He had to leave and he had to go far away as possible. Every time he would see parks his kids used to play at, the schools his kids use to go, the places his family loved to eat it killed him. so he heard of a boat that was leaving and going across seas to a place that had numerous survivors from all around the world. Gathering together to rebuild. He wasn't going to go at first but with resources running low and infected raising in numbers he came to the conclusion it was his only option. So he packed what he could, and got to the docks and awaited this boat to leave.
After three days of waiting and starting to think that maybe this was a scam and there was no way out of where he was he started to lose hope. He waited one more day, and when he seen this boat start to come through the channel he knew this was it and it was time to go. The boat had three middle aged men on it and asked if he was looking for a place to go. He nodded his head threw his bag over his shoulder, and stepped aboard. As the left, flying over the water, he glanced back to take one last look at everything he has ever known, and as a tear rolled down his face he turned away to stare upon the horizon in hope that one day he could return.
