Background

Jack Hawk was raised in a well-off family who enjoyed the country life. Jack grew up appreciating the wild life and being taught how to treat the earth correctly, which In turn eased into how he treated other people also. However not everything went his way growing up, his parents split apart at age 9 sending Jack into a unknowingly slow developing depression. He began to become shut off from the world and people, getting bullied at school for being too quiet.

Years went by like this, Jack coasted through his childhood not really interacting with people, delving his mind into books and story driven video games, as a way to escape the cruel reality he thought the world was.

At age 17 he went to college to study Public and Uniformed Services, still keeping to himself and trying not to draw too much attention to himself in the crowd of loud, rowdy classmates he was surrounded by. Until one day the loudness of their squabbling and moaning pushed Jack over his depressed quiet state. Jack go up and walked out of the classroom, got in his car and drove home, knowing no one would be at his house as they’d all be at work. Not their to witness his attempt to end it all.

Later that day, Jacks mum, sister and himself were eating around their dining room table, discussing their day’s events. Jacks Mum noticed that Jack was being very quiet, whilst also asking him, “Hey how come your neck is all red?” Jack responded by stating he was messing around with one of his friends at college, who had put him in a headlock for a laugh. His mother laughed it off, and wished him the best for tomorrows next day of education.

Jacks mum, nor anyone never found the Broken Tie thrown in his bin.

At age 19 with his qualifications in Public and Uniformed Services complete at a high grade of Distinction Star, Jack used his time before signing up to the military to get into great physical shape from working out 5-6 times a week, 2 hours a day. He had no intentions of finding someone else, be it a girlfriend or friends which lived around him. He figured he’d find friends in the military who’d accept him for the strong silent type he was. Jacks family were very supportive of his Career choice to join the military, however Jack always thought in the back of his mind, would they’d of thought differently had they of known…

At age 21 Throughout his first Tour in Afghanistan, Jack was in the zone with his newly found brothers. He had made many friends for life, some lost to the hardships of war, but Jack was always aware of this possibility. Jack began to grow a sense of a cold stoned heart for people who weren’t his brothers in arms, and of course his family back home.

At 23 With his first tour over, with Jack closing on 29 confirmed kills for his role as a pointman, getting promoted to SGT Jack Hawks for his work. He was more than happy to hear they were sending him next.
