Fergus "Infin" O'Sullivan was born in December of 1988 to Dermot and Aoife (EE-Fe) O'Sullivan in Emyvale, Ireland, a small town near the border of Ireland and Northern Ireland. He is the eldest of the three children his parents had. He lived a quiet life, growing up on a farm. Helping his parents take care of the animals, as well as his younger siblings.
A few months before his 10th birthday, his father was killed in a car bombing while in Omagh, North Ireland. The loss of his father changed his life. Shortly after, his family was forced to sell off the farm to pay debts and move south. As Ian grew older older, he skipped more and more school to work and try to support his family.
Immediately after Graduation in 2007 he Joined Her Majesty's Armed Forces. His first deployment was in support of US lead forces during the 2009 "September Crisis" in Chernarus. His unit filling the roll of a Quick Reaction Force, and later deploying for Three Tours of Combat in Takistan Before receiving an Honourable Discharge in 2015, after Eight years of service.
Shortly after his discharge in 2015 he was offered and accepted a job with Her Majesty's SIS (Secret Intelligence Service). On July 20th, 2017 he was recalled from his duty station and placed on a Five man team tasked with Finding and extracting a Doctor that HM's Government had lost contact with, who deployed with the UN Peacekeeping mission to Chernarus.
With pressure from the top, despite a massive storm, on the night of July 22nd, Ian and the Four others who made up the team, Attempted an insertion by Helo. The storm was worse than anyone had predicted, and moments after getting over land, the helo crash landed in the woods south of Svetlojarsk. The Pilots, and his 4 teammates, dead from the crash. Gunshots in the distance. His task is now survival. Everything else is secondary.
