Tupolev Pavlovich was born on July 22nd 1988 in Kirovograd in the Chernarussian Soviet Republic to Ivan Pavlovich who worked at the local lumber mill and Anastasia Pavlovich who was a homemaker, Tupolev’s parents were devout Chernarussian Nationalists and in their free time they would attend local Nationalist meetings, their political leanings gave them the drive to raise Tupolev to become a proud Chernarussian not long after Tupolev was born in the Soviet Union, fell along with the eastern bloc, soon after Chernarus gained independence and Tupolevs parents were optimistic. The optimism didn't last for long as it became more evident that the government was corrupt. Tupolev's parents struggled financially and for most of his life he was homeschooled and when he was not doing schoolwork he would self educate himself in various subjects, like World History, Chernarussian History, Politics, and Military History. During Tupolevs adolescence he became more politically active in the youth wing of the Strana Vzkriseni party and eventually became the leader of the Kirovograd party youth branch which caught the attention of the party leader Radek Kozlov and personally met Tupolev. Tupolev came out of the meeting inspired to do more for his country, in 2006 Tupolev enlisted in the Chernarussian Ground Forces and was assigned to the 34th Mountain Infantry Battalion of the 86th Brigade he eventually reached the rank of Sergeant, When the civil war broke out he was sent with his battalion to conduct counter insurgency operations in the Black Mountains north of Miroslavl. When the civil war ended he returned to Kirovograd on leave, while attending a party he met Anna and married her after a month of dating her, Tupolev went on to have two sons and one daughter. Tupolev stayed in the military to support his family but struggled financially until an opportunity to use his skills came up. Tupolev left the military and moved to Elektrozavodsk with the rest of his family, there Tupolev attended the local police academy and eventually became a full fledged officer with the Elektrozavodsk Police Department being assigned to the 24th Precinct, Tupolev spent several years with EPD eventually reaching the rank of Sergeant by 2017 in charge of the night shift.
