Kyle Weber was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. Growing up in a family with two parents who worked hard to sustain their upper middle class lifestyle. Kyle had what he wanted for most of his childhood because of his parents. He had a nanny who took care of him as a child because his parents were often working. He has an older sister named Sarah who often overshadowed him in academics and accomplishments. He grew up being an above average student despite his sister getting all the attention for academic prowess. He often put his time into volunteer service projects. His summers and breaks from school were filled by these service projects. During high school he was in advanced classes and also joined the marching band. He wasn't the most popular person in school but had a good amount of friends. A significant moment in his life was when he was a passenger in the car of his good friend when they were hit by a drunk driver on the drivers side of the car. Kyle's good friend died on impact and Kyle was left with severe injuries during his senior year of high school. This crash left him feeling extremely depressed for a while but many of his friends and family showed support for him. He recovered after a few months in the hospital and still managed to graduate. He graduated in the top 10% of his high school class and went on to the University of Texas at Austin.
He got most of his college paid for by scholarships and government assistance. His parents started to dip into their savings while he was in high school to sustain their comfortable lifestyle so they didn't have much left when he went off to college. Kyle went to college for Finance to be able to find a high paying job in the workforce to pay for his parents retirement and his own living. He graduated with average grades and a good amount of experience in leadership of various business related clubs. He also joined the track and field team because he loved to run and stay fit. During college he worked as a server at a nice restaurant and then as a business intern at a large accounting firm. While he was at the dull accounting firm he realized he wanted to get more meaning out of his career.
In Kyle's quest for meaning in his career he chose to apply for an internship with North Watch Global Solutions. In the internship he hoped to be able to use the position as a stepping stone to a full time job at the company. As an employee he would be able to assist the companies finances at a company he saw as morally just. He wanted to work at the company because he saw their advances in medicine as revolutionary. Kyle wanted to work at a company that actually helped people and saw that in North Watch. He heard back from the company later and learned he had got the internship. He flew to Chernarus and rented a living space for himself to start the new job. He had a good amount saved up from being smart with his finances. He spent some money on a few new suits and was eager to start as an intern in the finance department of North Watch. When the virus began he desperately tried to flee the country but was trapped like everyone else.
