Dillan Scolfield was a 1st Sgt in the marine corps before he was honorably discharged due to a minor war injury. After his time in the military his path took him to the private security sector protecting important people and cargo from pirates and criminals. Dillan developed a drinking problem due to suffering from PTSD and insomnia because drinking was the only thing that would calm the visions and voices and allow him to sleep.
One stormy night on July 23, 2017, the cruise liner he was hired to protect sank, only him and a hand full of others survived and he was washed up on the shore of an unfamiliar beach. The following morning he was able to get a better look at his surroundings. He saw a war torn and was seemed to be deserted land.
For nearly the past 2 years Dillan has been living off the land and keeping his head down gathering intel from the shadows. He has decided it is about time to stop lurking in the shadows and start interacting with other survivers in hopes of rebuilding humanity and maybe one day going home.
