I was born in the United States, Vermont to be exact and I'm from a Redneck type family most of the men in the family hunted, and were military people... But not me, I grew up playing video games like Mario and Zelda and was glued to my computer. I'm not much of a man in my father's eyes. Through my teen years, I went to a regular high school and found a pretty girl and thought that was going to be the end. I found the perfect wife for me, and the future looked bright! Settle down have a few kids, work a tedious office job to pay bills you know the simple middle-class lifestyle just like high school kind of teaches you, but like all good things it came to an end she broke up with me right before she went to college. When I graduated high school and hit 18, my father wanted me to go to the Army like him and my brother, but I denied it and instead opted to do training camps to learn how to pentest and do network intrusion. I always wanted to be an IT technician and specialize in cybersecurity. I realized soon how bad of an idea only obtaining certifications was and how a normal white kid from the Vermont suburbs wouldn't stick out of the crowd, so I opted to enroll in community college. I got my associates in Science, which helped for my IT background, and meant that now I could apply to more places and look forward to my career advancement. My degree and knowledge helped me land an excellent IT job at a local Credit Union in my home city, where I was paid salary and given a sweet little bonus every Christmas alone with vacation time which I used and was attending some of the famous training camps, and was learning from the best! At one of these camps, I met a friend his name was Adrik.
Adrik was a simple old school type of guy and was much older than me. I looked at him as a mentor. He was of Russian descent, and his family partly lived in Russia, Chernarus, and America. A year into my Credit Union job, I was fired, and given how close Adrik and I had become he offered to help get me a new job. Since we were traveling to different camps, and conventions he favored helping me find a new life outside of the US, as I had learned my ex-lover had become engaged and was still living in the same town as me. Adrik told me about his family helping run a Manufacturing plant in Chernarus near a small village called Solnechiy. They were looking for a few networking operators, and knew I would be the perfect fit! He told me how not much international business happens with them, so speaking only English wouldn't be a strong suit but that his Cousins could get me the job, and give me a room to stay in while I learned the local culture and language. I moved to Chernarus, November 29th, 2016. His cousins reminded me much of my family, factory workers with not much expertise in anything but gravel and guns. Every day the guys and I would spend our day's wage at the bar, and on the weekends when we weren't working we'd head to the main hubs, or go out hunting for deer. I didn't make much, but the plus side was no one else could really do my job, and my job was easy. Another problem with Chernarus was the wolves were plentiful and farmers would give you a bit of money for helping kill them. This is where I'm happy my Father and brothers actually took me hunting as I felt a nice use for the skills I was taught growing up. I was no longer just hunting for sport, and to feel something. I was hunting to help out the locals and make a small little name for myself. As the months past well into 2017, I started to learn the language and get a nice little life set up for myself. I missed and called home often, and one day when I was speaking to Adrik he told me about him coming back in a few days to visit his family and me. But before him and I could meet up again, a weird infection started. As the days went into the infection, Adriks cousins and I headed into the woods to survive off the land the best we could, we ran out of food in the house and could no longer stay bunkered up. One night our camp up in the hills above the factory we used to work at was attacked and I fleed deeper into the woods. I've yet to ever see the guys again, and I'm currently up North searching for my friends and visiting the port Adrik was supposed to come into hoping one day to find them all.
