Background

Connor Leebs is a twenty year old man who grew up in Lansing, Michigan. His parents were fairly well off, but not affluent. He never had to wonder where the next meal would come from, but didn't have excess riches to spend on the latest trends. In his highschool years he was an all-state tennis player. After attaining a scholarship due to his tennis prowess to the University of Michigan, he went studying abroad with his friends Ryley, Heth ,and other classmates in Chernarus over the summer between his sophomore and junior year of college. When word of the outbreak reached Berenzino, he tried to phone Ryley to get his attention but the lines were dead due to the overwhelming amount of calls being made. He fled south with the other students to a camp on the coast of Elektrozavodsk; where he hoped Ryley would join him and his classmates. When Connor heard from the locals that boats were arriving to evacuate the city, he panicked because Ryley had still not found his way to the refugee camps. He approached Heth and asked him to stay behind with him and search for Ryley, and after much convincing, he said yes. Connor and heth did not board the evacuation vessels and instead decided to stay until Ryley was found and could be brought home safe... Had he only known how bad things would get in the coming weeks.... On the 19th of July, Leebs and Heth were holding out in Elektrozavodsk trying to gather enough supplies to head towards Berenzino to search for their lost friend, when they saw the smoke coming from fires raging in Chernogorsk down the coast. At that moment they knew the outbreak was worse than originally anticipated. They prepared for the worst and hoped they would find their friend... as well as a safe place to survive.
