Background
I am Randol Andersson. I was born in the United States from my Swedish parents. For the start of my life we lived in Rhode Island living in the town of Narragansett. There my parents owned a fishing business that I worked at as soon as they let me. As soon as I started fishing I fell in love with it. We moved to Nyheim in 1997 when I was 15. There they started back up on the fishing business that my grandparents had left behind to move to America to avoid the German occupation during WWII. Since then we have all worked there. My dad and I were the fishers while mom handled the business and trades. September 14th, the day the mist happened, I stayed indoors. Later I had learned my parents had not stayed home. The day I first witnessed one of those things all I could think to do was get on my boat and get to the sea. When I came back to shore, after gathering my sense, I realized life was not going to be the same. I did not let this hold me back. I figured my parents and maybe most the people I knew might be gone. So to cope I decided I would keep our business going in this new world. I began obsessing over every item I ccould collect thinking that it might be able to help me later. I also would devote a good chunk of time to honing my fishing skills. And as for other survivors I met I would offer trades in hopes to create good relations. After spending most my time alone I thought it was finally time to find a group to join. So I set off!
