Growing up in the northern suburbs of Adelaide , Jason was a fairly rowdy kid, always getting into trouble with other kids and his parents. His dad, a Sergeant in the Australian Army, and taught him some discipline tried to lead Jason to live the military lifestyle, and Jason was good at it. These events led Jason to believe that his future was in the Australian Defence Force, but not before meeting his (former partner) Brianna Telky. Jason had one kid with Brianna, his son Tomas, who he loved more than life itself.
Jason continued his dream and enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy as a Boatswain Mate when he turned the age of 20, much to his partners hatred.
Jason had a transfer coming up as a part of a joint operation with the U.S. Military, which he thought was amazing at the time, and took the opportunity as it arose. Jason earned his place as a part of the U.S. Navy and after extensive work and training, the higher ups granted Jason Administrative Leave, as compensation for his extended time out sea.
Jason took this leave to visit the (what he believed to be) quiet, summer isles of Chernarus. After a week travelling, that's when it all started to go downhill, an epidemic happened that left Jason trapped in Chernarus, away from his son Tomas. Now Jason roams around the country sides of Chernarus, marking down locations and memorizing important notes to help maximize his chance of survival...

"Tomas... I'm coming home... I promise"...
