During his life before the plague, Frank was working for the United States Secret Service. Right out of college, he held the position of being a dog handler. Before the year came to a close, Frank decided to take advantage of his vacation days. He decided to go to one place no one else would even think of...Chernarus. Frank would not go anywhere without his dog. So, he decided to bring his dog along with him. Frank spent his time touring the city of Chernogorsk, then the outbreak occurred. Frank did his best to survive while his dog remained by his side. During the epidemic, Frank resided within the town of Balota under the protection of the military at the time. Then the military was overrun and it was up to Frank and his dog to live life within the woods.
Later into the epidemic, his dog left him and joined a wolf pack. Frank occasionally sees his dog, Jimbo. Frank’s main goal during his life in the epidemic is to reunite himself with Jimbo. When stumbling across Frank and his posse, he will always ask the question: “Have you seen my dog jimbo?”. Frank’s number one fear is that Jimbo has been taken by the plague. But, he will continue his search for Jimbo whether he be alive or dead. In addition to finding Jimbo, Frank focuses the other 50% of his energy into the security and livelihood of his posse. Frank will do ANYTHING to keep the rest of his crew alive.
