Robert Joseph MacCready. Grew up in a small town in central California. Enjoyed firearms, parties, cars, and occasional alone time. Now, 28 and working at a plant months before the outbreak, he is sent to the port city of Chernogorsk. Living a simple life, doing his best to enjoy himself. Trying to study language so that he may communicate with the other local residents. As word of the outbreak spread, he panicked, grabbed what he could, and left. Wandering for weeks. Stuck in Chernarus, doing what he can to survive. Avoiding infected, and survivors.
When spending his time wandering, he decided to befriend another survivor, one able to speak english. Though broken, and with a heavy accent. They survived together. Helped eachother. Loved eachother. In a freak accident, his friend lost her life. Filled with self doubt and guilt for the accident, he is alone, hoping to find another, someone to help him maintain and recover whats left of his sanity. A broken man, Robert seeks redemption and companionship before death.
