Background

My name is Jim Bucket, I'm is a 21 year old college student that was studying business in California. I soon realized that the world was too big for one lifetime to see and wanted to travel to different cultures. I had been struggling with the idea to begin backpacking across Europe but I was stuck doing my parents wishes slaving away at school. I decided to jump the gun and bought a plane ticket to France, and began hitchhiking Europe. My last part of my trip would be exploring the Mediterranean and the areas around the Black and Green Seas. By the time the outbreak had started I would be on the phone with my parents for the last time, telling them that I was on a local ferry headed through the Green Sea towards Novigrad for a mandatory dock. However, the doomed society had not greeted me to a sense of adventure, rather a need for survival. Lost in a country that doesn't speak my native tongue and is locked in dispair, I still holds on to a sliver of his humanity. I have one thing I am trying to accomplish, and that is to somehow to escape this troubled country, and get back to my family in America.
