Background

My character, Gunner Fox, is a ranch owner from the midwest. I had a wife Zoey (deceased) and a son, Bobby. Bobby is 9 years old. All throughout my sons life I have been taking him on hunting, camping, and fishing trips. He always used to tell me that his favorite times were when me, him, and his mom were huddled around the campfire, cooking dinner and sharing stories with one another. The past 3 years we had a few bad seasons with our crops, and were going to lose the ranch unless we figured out a way to make ends meet. I came to Chernarus on a business trip to import seeds back home to the ranch. I had a good family friend living in Chernarus. He had been telling me that over the past 5 years he had cross-bred a variety of corn that could produce almost twice as much per acre compared to the local corn we have been growing for centuries. Unfortunately 3 days after our arrival in Chernarus was the beginning of the outbreak. Shortly after,, my wife was killed saving my sons life from a Zombie. My son, fearing for his life, ran from the zombie as fast as he could, through the woods. I was tending to my wife's wounds, and was unable to chase him.I have not seen him since. Due to these circumstances I have a very deep hatred for the zombies, which occasionally leads to me taking unnecessary risks to eliminate them. I aim to start my own farm here in Chernarus. I would like to hire some ranch hands to maintain my crops/livestock. My ultimate goal is to find my son Bobby so that we can continue a happy productive life here.
