Scotty Gypsy grew up in a small town in New York where he spent most of his time outdoors. He spent a lot of time hunting with his father where he learned how to track and field dress animals. Scotty was also a hobbyist at sharpshooting with rifles which is where he learned how to be accurate, properly clean his firearms, and learn responsibility for firearm safety. He also spent a lot of time kayaking and fishing which is where he spent time by himself to really embrace his love for the outdoors. Although Scotty's big into the outdoors, he's also very tech savvy. He loves taking apart things such as electronics and putting them back together. Scotty has always been very hands on with everything he did. But most importantly, he loved family. Family reminded Scotty that he had morals and responsibility in life, which is where he stayed true to himself.
Knowing Scotty was adventurous, he wanted to explore a new part of the world. One day he decided to buy a plane ticket to Chernarus where he wanted to fulfill a hobby in photography. Scotty got a great deal on a round trip flight to Chernarus where he wished to explore the outdoors and adapt himself to a different environment. Little did he know, his round trip flight turned into a one way trip to hell.
Scotty spent an entire month in Chernarus taking tons of beautiful pictures and embracing the outdoors. Throughout his time, he noticed a heavier population density than his small town he grew up in. When he returned to the airport to fly home, he realized that all form of air travel was put on an unexpected hold for the time being. Scotty was forced to find a place to stay and wait for his next steps.
As time went on, Scotty started getting word of an infection that was not isolated, and was put into the realization that he may never return home. With a very basic form of supplies, Scotty set forward the most unexpected road of his life.
