Alesha was born into the lush side of the family tree under Victoria and Gregory Van Richter.  The wealthier side of the family was, well, happier than the rest.  Typical lower class issues did not arise in the Richter household.  She was always raised to be proper and formal.  She always followed the lifestyle but she would always allow her conniving personality loose with her families absence.  She was intelligent, and always succeeded in her classes, exceedingly so in her favorite course, psychology.  Learning the brain and the right way to twist words and thoughts were the perfect way to manipulate her way through life.

As she grew, so did her skills.  She embraced the life of being something she's not, manipulating and tricking her way to success, and it worked.  However, one person has always been one step closer than anyone, her closest cousin, Kat.  Born from her Aunt Jessica and Uncle Daniel, given the name Kyle Helmburg.  That side of the family was less wealthy than Alesha's side, meaning issues for Kat arose plentifully.  Kat was also never able to embrace her true self until she finally decided to break free.  She abandoned home and fell in with a crowd that called themselves "The Road Runners".  The pair were separated and Alesha decided to focus more on herself for the years to come and allow Kat to finally enjoy what life had to offer.

At 20, alongside her phenomenal and noticed skills, Alesha toyed and slithered her way into an internship with a detective in the FBI, where she learned many tactics to attain information by any means necessary.  Her first test was to extract a file from a high security location within a corrupt governmental facility in Detroit.  Her method was different from what others had in mind, utilizing a mix of stealth, psychology, and disguise.  Dying her hair with a temporary black, she would not be recognized at a first glance. 

A lone guard noticed, but she swiftly and quietly dealt with it, using her quick thinking.  She found the file, and quickly exited with nobody even realizing she was there.  She continued to work her position, and was on route to be sent to Moscow under a fake name to aid in an investigation.

However, once she reached Norway, the world practically shut down as it went under full lockdown from the threat of AVM-FLA-21NS, as the geeks called it.  She was stuck in the region with 0 contact to her coworkers or family.  However, with passing word she heard the familiar name of "The Runners".

With time and effort, she managed to find them and interweave with the people, reuniting with her cousin, Kat, who was now a full-fledged member.  However, she stuck to her fake identity and introduced herself as "Sheva Pustova" and the only one that knew her truly, was Kat.  Yet another job of manipulation and stealth must be done, and breaking cover could mean the very end of her life if she is found out.
