Henry is a standard British upper-class civilian, born and bred in central London to rich and highly respected parents. His father is a famous rocket scientist and lecturer. Henry's relationship with his mother was rough and after his parents got divorced he lost contact with her. His upbringing was fairly intimate, his father started to home school at a young age and would consistently enable the opportunity for him to learn and develop. Henry would often spend his days watching his father in the labs at the British National Space Centre.
Henry was fast-tracked through school as he was equally as intelligent as his father but his moral and personal attitudes were always his downfall. His rebellious attitude and pushing against the grain of scientific research for the good of the human race would get him in trouble often. Henry started to dip it too dangerous but progressive experiments regarding human cancer treatment, he started to discover new strands and genes that would help the human body fight cancers quick and destructive reproduction in the human body. As Henry progressed in his experiments the University started to cut down on his funding and wanted to shut him down, unsure why his research was being made to stop Henry took things into his own hands. Finding willing human test subjects, he started to produce a cure. Once the university found out what Henry was doing he was immediately suspended from the University and all related societies and research groups. Infuriated by this Henry stole of his cancer research notes and sold them to the highest bidder, Henry made billionaires. He promised himself he'd never get involved in research to further the human race ever again, afraid that the greed of his superiors would always come back to strike him again.
After being selling his research and being dismissed from Cambridge University Henry Harris has always labeled himself a Nomad, jumping from country to country finding new work and projects to keep himself entertained. His most recent hookup job sent him in the direction Chernarus. A standard engineering job on some military helicopters, a job for some of his father's connections, the private military type. His previous skills he'd self-taught from observing his father in his lab. These things were simple to him, it wasn't thrilling it wasn't fulfilling. Nothing compared to being on the brink of curing the most dangerous disease in human history.
The outbreak was labeled wrong place wrong time for Henry. He had got caught up in the chaos that ensued in Chernarus, being sent from town to town as the military tried to control the outbreak.
Henry would often try to put his hand up to offer help and his knowledge of medicine but the locals would often dismiss him. Primarily because he didn't carry the "certification" or title the locals expect from a doctor of his supposed caliber. One of the many issues Henry would fall onto because of his dismissal from Cambridge.
Most people who started to meet Henry in Chernarus did grow a liking to him, he was a simple person to understand but as you moved closer to him, his deep intelligent mind is almost hypnotizing.
