George was born in 1999, in South East England. Much of his earlier life is not that interesting, spending most of it inside. It was through the internet that he met someone who would soon become his sole partner is Chernarus. Arriving together (from different flights) they met in Chernarus for the first time, after spending the prior few months talking online. While Chernarus may seem like a strange place to meet for the first time, it actually made quite a lot of sense. George had recently acquired a writing deal from a publisher in Chernarus, and his Tanja, the woman with whom he had been talking with, wished to meet. It actually fit quite well.
The first few days in Chernarus were entirely fine, in fact, they didn't even really notice the chaos going around outside them, in fact, they spent the majority of their time inside, only leaving for the occasional trip to a store. When it came time for them to leave, on the 12th of July, they noticed that the roads were blocked. Not understanding what many of the locals were saying, they inferred enough that they should head back to the hotel, but by the time they did, the hotel had locked their doors.
They knocked on the door for near an hour after that, being without a place to stay, and unable to get to the airport where their flight was. Eventually, they decided to hike there, and they did. For a few hours.
Here, they encountered their first infected. George joked that it looked like a zombie. Less than ten seconds later he was crushing its skull with a rock. Now, visibly shaken, they continued their journey, a bit more cautiously now. They didn't need to stay in a tent that night, many houses were simply open. Neither of them knew what was happening now, but by the morning, the village was entirely empty.
They pressed on, and by the evening of the 19th reached the Miroslavl airport - which was entirely overrun. Now, the two of them walk Chernarus, doing their best to find a working plane - or anything airborne to take them back home to safety - or so they believe.
