Mohinder Rajesh was once a self-employed cab driver in India, He regularly drove around Himachal Pradesh, a region in Northern India occupied by the Indian mafia. Anyone who set up business in this area had to pay taxes to the mafia, Mohinder continued his business in this area, completely oblivious that he had intruded the land of the mafia. Mohinder was then voted the best Indian cab driver in 2009. However, this was not so good as it informed the mafia that Mohinder had set up business in the Himachal Pradesh region. Mohinder was still not aware of what he had gotten himself into. The Indian mafia was not to be taken lightly and they were often reported on the news having captured highly important political figures in India.

In the next coming weeks, Mohinder's life would change...

He would continue casually running his taxi company in the same region still not knowing what was about to hit him. He picked up another customer, A foreign tourist by the name of 'Jebidiah.' Mohinder was sure he could get a couple of extra rupees off this man, However. Jebidiah and Mohinder had made a connection that was like no other. Mohinder would regularly give Jebidiah rides around the Himachal Pradesh region until one day. A black car pulled up full of notorious Indian Mafia members. Luckily, Being 2009 India's best taxi driver Mohinder knew exactly how to handle this situation, He sped past the mafia members going 90 in the busy streets of Himachal Pradesh. Mohinder & Jebidiah would flee 3000 km North in fear for their lives and would end up in Chernarus.

Mohinder would then try to establish his taxi company in Chernarus, He had known quite a bit of English from his job in India as he had to deal with English tourists.
