Frederico was born in El Miguel, Mexico. His father was Mexican and his mother was Armenian. His mothers grandparents fled to Mexico City when the Armenian genocide took place. Frederico's father worked for the cartel in Mexico city as a soldier. His family moved to a border town up north in Mexico because his father was assigned to head a smuggling operation. He grew up around sons of other soldiers who took the same path. As a young kid, he would help smuggle drugs between where he lived into New Mexico. Frederico became good at what he did and made his father proud at a young age. As he got older things got more dangerous, participating in executions, taking out other cartel members and smuggling cash and product into the USA.
Frederico was ordered by a lieutenant of the cartel to fly into Vietnam to meet up with a new business partner to sort out the shipment. During a layover flight in Cherneraus Intl Airport, Frederico notices that the airport was under security while security and military officers were mandating that he went into a quarantine zone due to an outbreak of some sort. After being in the airport for a two weeks, people started vacating it once the military had left. Frederico boarded a bus heading to a port to see if he could get on a boat back to his home.
