"You talk too loud, if I could hear you, so can they." Luis is a troubled man. He avoids humans as if they were the dead, and he avoids the dead very well. He's been through a lot in this country. Before the apocalypse, he was a mechanic and a damn good one too, he could fix anything, he was saving up to buy his own shop and was planning on finally settling down. When he broke the news to his Boss, at first he seemed furious to lose Luis, however after a lengthy heated discussion, Luis agreed to move to a smaller town with less competition, and his Boss rewarded his achievements with an all expense paid trip to Chernarus for him and his girlfriend. When all was said and done, Luis and his girlfriend tried to get out of the Country, but on their way to a northern airport they were set upon and surrounded by the dead. In the chaos of people being torn apart and zombies climbing over each other, Luis pushed towards a gap in the swarm. By the time he realized his girlfriend was holding his hand it was too late, he turned and all that was in his hand was her bracelet. He hasn't been the same since. He says he doesn't trust people, and that he's seen almost anything, but the truth is it's just easier to be dead in this world, so he hides, scavenges and would rather watch from a safe distance than try to engage survivors.
