Mccormac was raised by his mother after his dad died in the Bosnian war. His childhood was riddled with struggle as his mother failed to earn enough money to pay for food and rent ending up with him in council housing. He attended public schools and was a pretty average student and graduated with mediocre grades. Mccormac had idolised his father for giving his life for something he believed in, which resulted in him signing into the army straight after his graduation he found he excelled throughout basic and his phase 2 training.
He was welcomed with open arms into the Assualt Pioneers where he developed his personal fitness and got pretty built. Although after several years the assault pioneers was disbanded and those whom were not laid off where merged into the Royal engineers where he progressed to Lance Corporal. After several months without being deployed on tour he decided to get the travelling and experience he wanted he would have to join the Airborne Engineers, which he did.
After graduating P Company and having earn't the maroon beret he finally settled down and bought a house and met his future wife Karen, whom he moved in with pretty quickly as was common with soldiers. After his marriage at the beginning of 2017 and at the point of almost 8 years service and at the rank of Corporal, Pete who was on readiness for the Parachute regiment was called in and dropped onto the Turkish - Russian border where he re-grouped with his men and received their orders they began the trek to intercept a caravan of what was reported as roughly 5000 troops slowly marching from the Russian Federation towards the Turkish border.
Upon arrival Peter was ordered to build defences and await reinforcements. They held their position with the 120 men they had with only small arms and hand held anti tank weapons against the hoarde of Russian troops advancing their way. 24 hours had passed before the first strange occurrences happened a single Russian civilian stumbled up to the checkpoint and aggressively attacked a soldier on guard whom due to ROE did not fire on him, the solider received serious bite and scratch injuries and was evacuated to the nearest Turkish town hospital for treatment. Day after day more and more aggressive sometimes already bleeding and wounded would attack the troops on the front resulting in a an order being given to shoot to kill all whom stumble across their checkpoint. After several weeks with no reinforcements and limited ammunition Pete lost contact with the rear HQ and dispatched a few men to find out what happened to the comms one of the 3 men dispatched returned later reporting the civilians behind them where acting much like the Russians ahead... They where surrounded and they decided to push forward through georgia and hugging the coast line ending up in the woodlands surrounding a region called Chernarus which is where him and his men settled in search for more food water and ammunitions.
