Jacob Wilson, born in the city of Milwaukee, was pushed down the path of good at an early age by his deadbeat parents parents, His dad, coming home almost every night hopped up on some drug, and his mom would always just defend her husband This lead him to want to better himself at an aggressive rate to prove that he was better than them. throughout Jacob's life, he made some mistakes as everyone else does at some point, but he constantly strived to constantly come out on top which formed a very competitive mentality. At almost everything, he had to come out on top. School, his body, sports, all of it. Though this did get him into some trouble during his younger days, he despised failure to which when he did fail, he'd usually go after the one who came out above him either verbally or physically depending on the subject of what he lost at. After High School, Jacob's mother had begun to be quite pushy about how he’s been abandoning the family, and that he’s making them look bad. This started a huge argument and led to Jacob getting kicked out, and moving in with one of his buddies, there he became a Corrections Officer for the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility. It was quite easy for him to be accepted as his school records and his physical performance showed promise within the department. From there, he worked 4 years in the 2nd floor of the West Wing, tending to inmates and taking action when needed. As a Corrections Officer, he was very harsh and showed little to no fear when dealing with even the most violent inmates. This formed mixed opinions among the department and his peers. Some saw Jacob as a man who enjoyed his job and showed criminals their place, others saw him as harsh and his actions were immoral or outright wrong. This didn't stop Jacob from continuing to work up the ranks during his 4 year stay.
During his time as a Corrections Officer, Jacob also attended College in order to achieve a Bachelor's Degree. From there, he'd transfer from the inside to the streets of Milwaukee. Other than extra training and an adjustment from cell blocks to city blocks, it was no different to Jacob. His end goal was to become a Detective in the Milwaukee Police Department, but needed as much experience as possible. Also leaving a paper trail of his improvement and good deeds to have as much of a chance over others of achieving this position to which he easily gained after serving for the department for nearly 10 years now. 4 years as a Corrections Officer and 6 as a street Police Officer.
After a well deserved promotion to Sergeant and the acceptance of his application of Detective, Jacob felt very accomplished with himself. His mother,on the other hand was insulted by what he was doing, and still wished for him to follow his father's trail directly. This resulted in constant arguments about what he should've done differently, Eventually, Jacob shut his mother out completely and focused on his life and his new job.
It wasn't long before word got out in other departments and eventually the feds of Jacob. The result of this was the FBI hand picking Jacob from his department to assist with the seize and capture of a drug lord named Vermunt Rikorev and his narcotics. Jacob, of course, took the offer without a second thought. His assignment was for him, a fellow detective, and singular FBI Agent to travel to the province of Chernarus within South Zagoria to locate Mr.. Rikorev and any drug labs he may have and return to the United States with the information and evidence in order to gain permission from the Czech government to enact operations in attempt to capture and imprison Mr.. Rikorev in a United States Maximum Security Facility for life. It wasn't particularly easy for Jacob and his peers to gain entry as they simply took an authorized military cargo plane over to Chernarus and landed on the western airfield where they'd be met with Chernorussian officers assisting them in their operation.
