Cromwell was born in Tower Hamlets, London in 1980. His early life wasn't easy as tower hamlets is one of the most violent areas in England. To escape the crime ridden cesspool he called home, he joined the British army. after some years of service Steve had shown his merit as an effective soldier and was forth enlisted into the SBS.
